Brain Injury

The effects of brain injury are usually traumatic for the individual and for the immediate family.   Each individual’s circumstances are different, but many of the issues are the same – the financial implications, and the day-to-day practical implications both in the short and long term are usually key.

Where a brain injury is the result of clinical negligence, or an incident which was not the fault of the injured party, then it may be possible to obtain substantial financial compensation.  Although money can never take the place of good health it can help people to get their lives back on track and make it easier for families to arrange suitable care and support.

We are passionate about what we do, always aiming to ensure that our brain injured clients get the best compensation package to which they are entitled.  However, our service is far wider than this and includes trying to get early admission of fault and payments on account from insurers to help with the costs of rehabilitation and care.

You will find examples of some of the types of brain injury claim we have handled on our website, including cerebral palsy, lack of oxygen during anaesthesia, failure to diagnose meningitis, and injuries caused to both adults and children in road traffic incidents.

For individual advice please contact Rosamund Rhodes-Kemp or Tom Cook if the injury was incurred as a result of clinical negligence or Ruth Booy or Simon Davis for other types of brain injury claim.

"It is not just about the money. We aim to do far more than just win a big cheque. Our goal is to help our clients recover as much quality of life as possible, as quickly as possible."
